Crime Details:Armed Robbery University Police is investigating an armed robbery which occurred at the Nittany Lion Shrine on 10/06/11 at approximately 10:06 PM. The victims were taking photos at the Nittany Lion Shrine when they were approached by two suspects. The victims were forced to the ground at gun point and had jewelry, cell phones and a digital camera removed from their persons. The suspects were last seen running northwest toward the Nittany Lion Inn. The suspects are described as dark skinned African American males wearing dark sweatshirts and jeans. The first suspect is described as approximately 60 with a slender build wearing a dark baseball cap which he was wearing backwards, and a dark lanyard hanging from his left front pants pocket. The second suspect who was holding the gun, is described as 59 to 511 with a stocky build and possible facial hair in a mustache and goatee.
