The first assault occurred on the 200 block of Highland Avenue behind the fraternities between Pugh Street and Locust Lane. This took place at about 1:30 AM Saturday morning. Two white males dressed in formal attire of dark sport jackets and white button up shirts were the persons who assaulted two victims. These 2 suspects were with a group of about 10 persons and fled south on the 200 block of Sough Pugh Street after the assault.
The 2nd assault occurred about 50 minutes later (2:20 AM on Saturday, April 23rd) in front of the Glennland Building at 205 East Beaver Avenue. The victim was assaulted by 2 or 3 tall white males. There was also a white female with these males. One of the suspects was wearing a long sleeve white shirt.
Both of these assaults resulted in serious injuries to the victims. With the financial support of some of the victim’s families and the Centre County Crime Stoppers, the reward has been increased to up to $3,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone responsible for either of these assaults.
