Crime Details:University Police is investigating a rape that occurred on a snow bank to the north of Lubert Building on 03/01/10 at approximately 8:30 PM. The victim was attempting to assist what she believed to be a disabled motorist who then forced her to the ground and raped her. The suspect was last seen driving away from the parking lot in a dark colored SUV, similar to a Ford Expedition, with a PA registration. The suspect is described as a middle-aged white male approximately six feet tall wearing a dark jacket, dark pants, tan boots and a black full-face ski mask. The female victim, who is employed by a private firm, was able to escape and locate help.
