Crime Details:The Pennsylvania State University Police are investigating multiple thefts from various central campus buildings. Unknown actor(s) have entered unlocked offices and stolen cash, credit cards, and wallets. Crime Prevention Tips Keep your purse, wallet, keys and other valuable items with you at all times or locked in a drawer or closet. Secure laptop computers and other portable electronic devices. Report the presence of strangers or suspicious people to the University Police immediately. Report malfunctioning locks, windows and doors. Practice responsible key control. Do not keep a spare master key in an accessible place for convenience of staff members who might lock themselves out of their offices.
