Crime Details:Armed Suspect at Large The State College Police Department arraigned two men on Armed Robbery charges on October 25, 2009. Police are still searching for the third suspect. The third suspect is believed to be armed with the handgun used during a robbery of a State College residence on Friday, October 23, 2009 at approximately 4:39 PM in apartment #709, 456 East Beaver Avenue. As a result of the investigation, two of the three suspects surrendered to authorities on Sunday. The two told police they decided to surrender after viewing surveillance photos posted on the State College Police website. The suspects stole $52.00 in cash and three cell phones valued at $600.00. One of the suspects was armed with a black handgun. There were no injuries and no shots were fired. The three occupants of the apartment were Penn State students. Suspect #1 is described as a light-skinned black male, heavy build, wearing a tan hooded jacket and a Washington Nationals baseball cap. He has been identified as Arnold Jeffrey Sayles, Jr., 19 years of age of 321 Palma Street, North Versailles, PA. Suspect #2 is described as a medium-skinned black male, thin build, wearing a dark jacket and a black Pittsburgh Pirates baseball cap with a blue P. He has been identified as Dalen Sayles, 19 years of age of 1405 Bouquet Street, McKeesport, PA. This suspect, armed with a black semi-automatic pistol, remains at large. Suspect #3 is described as a dark-skinned black male, heavy build, wearing a dark hooded coat and a Florida Marlins baseball cap. This suspect has been identified as Barrington David Wilson, Jr., 18 years of age of 607 Sunlight Lane, Stroudsburg, PA. Both Sayles and Wilson surrendered to Police on October 25, 2009 and were arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Grine on Robbery, Conspiracy, Simple Assault, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Theft and Receiving Stolen Property. The two were placed in Centre County Correctional Facility in lieu of $30,000 bail. Both are listed as Lock Haven University students.
