Crime Details:Robbery/Theft The Pennsylvania State University Police are investigating a robbery/theft occurring Monday, December 15, 2008 at approximately 2:45 AM along the south-west sidewalk of Old Main. Two suspects, one of whom implying he had a handgun, forcibly stole an I-Pod from the victim and fled the area on foot. The one suspect is described as Age: 15-25 Gender: Male Race: Caucasian Build: Medium Height: Tall Eye color: Brown Weight: 200-225 lbs. Identifying Marks: short facial hair growth Penn State community members are urged to take the following precautions: Walk in well-lighted areas Avoid brushes and wooded areas, especially at night Be aware of your surroundings Do not walk alone, call 865-WALK for an escort Be familiar with the locations of the emergency phones Anyone with information regarding this incident should contact Penn State University Police at (814) 863-1111 or Centre County Crime Stoppers at 1-877-99-CRIME*.
